At Finarte, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if a piece doesn't fit your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repack the products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
